This is the page where we'll keep you up to date on new drinks arriving at The Old Star, and tasting evenings.
We are pleased to be introducing the wonderful Katy Rosé Cider from traditional cider makers - Thatchers; we are the first establishment in Winsford to stock this refreshing, blush coloured drink, made exclusively from Katy apples.
It is a drink to be enjoyed like a wine, and we have special glasses so that you can enjoy this cider at its best. At 5.4% Katy is quite a potent brew too, and we hope cider lovers will agree that this is a special drink.
To celebrate the arrival of Katy cider we are having a launch evening on 22nd July 2011, so come an join us, and give her a whirl!
